Peter Carlson
I’m a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience helping companies tighten up their accounting processes, manage cash flow, and build stronger financial systems. Most recently, I’ve been serving as Financial Controller at Acela, Inc., where I’ve modernized reporting, improved inventory management, and put stronger controls in place to keep everything running smoothly.
Before that, I spent over a decade as CFO/Controller at Wheat Holdings, where I helped grow the business, doubled sales, and even played a key role in preparing the company for a successful sale to private equity. My background also includes plant-level financial leadership at Holcim, as well as early experience in public accounting and corporate finance.
Along the way, I’ve built a reputation for being the go-to person for fixing broken processes, implementing new systems, and bridging the gap between finance and operations. I enjoy rolling up my sleeves, working with teams, and making sure leadership has the numbers and insights they need to make smart decisions.
Kim Strozewski
Is a dedicated business professional with a lifelong career in accounting, payroll, and business management. After earning her degree in Business Administration from Eastern Montana College, she built a path that has taken her through roles in public accounting firms, retail management, construction, and most recently wholesale/retail sales and distribution. Along the way, Kim has developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, payroll, human resources, and day-to-day business operations, always focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and helping teams succeed.
In addition to her leadership roles, Kim has also run her own payroll and consulting business, which allows her to share her knowledge and support other businesses in reaching their goals. She is known for her reliability, problem-solving skills, and approachable style, making her a trusted partner for colleagues, clients, and business owners alike. Whether it’s managing finances, guiding staff, or finding ways to make processes run more smoothly, Kim brings both experience and heart to everything she does.
